Even if it can't be proved that it works, certainly its not going to harm anyone! Personally, I know that some of my childhood memories are deeply engrained and pop up all the time, consciously and subconsciously, and it makes sense that some of these "memories" arise from before you are technically conscious, at the moment of birth, or even when you are still in the womb!
